At Candle Quiver, we strive to offer you the best products possible. In cases where for one reason or another you are not quite satisfied with what you have purchased from Candle Quiver, our return and refund policy is as follows:
1. Eligibility for Return
Products can be returned if they arrive with any damage or defect.
You may return any product within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The product should not be used and kept in its original packaging.
2. Items Not Returned
No returns are accepted on custom or personalized items except those that arrive in damaged or defective status.
Sale items are considered final and cannot be returned.
3. Return Process
Initiate the return process by emailing us at support@candlequiver.com with your order number and reason for return. Please attach images of the defective product, if applicable. Once we have received your request, we will contact you with further instructions on how to send the product back to us.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
A refund, if considered, will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days automatically. In case the product is not approved for return, we will return the product back to you.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Regarding returns, customers are responsible for return postage costs. Shipping cost is not refundable.
If you are eligible for a refund, the return shipment fee will be deducted from your refund amount if applicable.
6. Swaps
If you wish to exchange an item for a similar item (i.e., different color or fragrance), you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order. Refunds/exchanges will be issued according to the original form of payment once the original merchandise has been received.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Then you will want to contact your credit card company, as it could be several days further before the refund is considered officially posted. If you have done all this and still have not received the refund, please don’t hesitate to contact us at support@candlequiver.com.
